Eboni Gentry is a touring executive, entrepreneur, educator and founder of Gentry Touring. With over 13 years of global touring experience, she has supported some of the biggest names in music, led teams across international tours, and is passionate about developing the next generation of touring professionals.
Eboni holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. With more than a decade of experience in touring and artist development, she has built a career centered on transforming creative ideas into executable and profitable live experiences.
Recognizing the gap between interest, preparation, and opportunity, Eboni created The Gentry Way: Touring Fundamentals Certification as a way to prepare the next generation of tour managers.

It is designed for aspiring and early career touring professionals, artist managers, coordinators and live event professionals who want a structured understanding of touring operations.
The program contains approximately four hours of core video instruction across 10 modules, plus quizzes, a comprehensive final exam and downloadable documents.
Your course access lasts 12 months from enrollment and includes updates released during that access term.
It is an optional add-on for enrolled students that includes four 60-minute online sessions focused on discussing the course lessons and connecting them to professional practice. It is not a separate certification or private coaching program.
No. You must complete the required coursework and meet the published assessment standards. Each module includes a required knowledge check quiz. Students must earn a score of 85% or higher on each quiz before advancing to the next module. Module quizzes may be retaken until the required passing score is achieved. Purchasing access does not automatically result in certification.
Students must earn a score of 90% or higher on the final certification assessment to receive The Gentry Way Touring Fundamentals Certificate. Each student is permitted one initial assessment attempt and one retake, for a maximum of two attempts. Students who do not earn the required score after the second attempt will not receive the certificate. Course completion alone does not guarantee certification.
